APEX Youth Olympics Recap

On Saturday, CYC attended its 5th Youth Olympics. This year, East L.A. College served as the venue and the temperature made for a hot experience. The event gave CYC and other inner city youth organizations the opportunity to meet new people and form new relationships while enjoying some friendly competition. Lunch was provided by Panda Express while the Miss Chinatown 2005 court served as emcees to introduce the U.C.I. Dance Team and the Southern California Wushu Academy who both put on outstanding performances despite the intense heat.
